The appointment-request form collects only the details Destini needs to understand your inquiry and contact you about it. Sending the form does not create an account, subscribe you to marketing, or reserve an appointment or boarding stay.

About the care you are seeking
Your selected service, your dog's name, breed or mix, approximate weight, life stage, number of dogs, and any optional care notes help Destini understand the request before she follows up.
Location and timing
City, ZIP code, timing preferences, and—when relevant—requested boarding dates help Destini discuss service area, fit, and availability. A street address is optional and requested only for a mobile-grooming location check.
How to reach you
Your name, mobile number, optional email address, preferred contact method, and optional contact window let Destini respond about this specific inquiry.
Your acknowledgments
The form records that you understand the request is not a confirmed booking and that Barks Baths & Beyond may contact you about it.
Please share only information that is useful for this conversation. The form does not accept photos, payment details, or account passwords.
How the form is delivered
The form sends your completed request over an encrypted connection to the website server. After server-side checks, Resend delivers it to Destini's business inbox. A copy is also delivered to Key City Digital at info@keycitydigi.com for website lead-delivery support. Resend, Key City Digital, and the website's hosting provider process the information as part of operating and supporting that delivery.
A randomly generated submission identifier, the time the form was opened, and basic request information may be processed to prevent spam, excessive requests, and accidental duplicate delivery. The form's hidden “website” field is an anti-spam trap and should remain empty.
How the information is used
- To review the service, location, timing, and care details you requested.
- To contact you by the text or phone-call method you selected.
- To protect the form and business inbox from spam and duplicate submissions.
Inquiry consent is not marketing consent. Form information is not permission to use your dog's photo, story, or private details in the website, gallery, advertising, or model training. A separate explicit release would be required for publication.
Analytics and sensitive form details
Names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, dog names, free-text notes, requested dates, and form field values are not sent as analytics events. This site does not use form entries to create advertising audiences or session replays of what you type.
Retention and deletion
A fixed retention period is not promised in this notice. Request information may remain in Destini's business email workflow while the inquiry is handled and documented. You may ask Destini to locate or delete an inquiry by calling or texting the number below. Some information may still need to be kept when required for legitimate business records or legal obligations.
